A few days ago, Butfield Breach had a very informative meeting with the UK’s biggest property portal. The hour and a half spent was very productive and helped confirm many things we thought were happening and are currently experiencing. This aids us in planning forward and to help our clients.

STOCK LEVELS ARE AT AN 11 YEAR HIGH!
This is the greatest amount of availability now on the market, which stretches back before Brexit. It has given prospective buyers a tremendous amount of choice.

VIDEO VIEWINGS ARE AN OBSTACLE TO SALES! A WHOPPING 8% DOWN!
Video Viewings have cut buyer leads by a WHOPPING 8%. There is no substitute for a viewing carried out by a Sales Consultant in person. It feels like a cost-cutting solution that is harming an owners chance of selling.
