Spring is starting and still looking to sell. Have been quiet for a while over the Xmas and New Year period just enjoying the property for ourselves. But it is time again now to start looking for a buyer who can make the most of this lovely house during the summer months. It's the perfect time to start looking so that you can get it how you like it ready to enjoy the garden and quiet location over the summer.

The Christmas decorations are up and the whole street is looking wonderfully festive. Being positioned at the end of a short cul-de-sac we get the benefit of the full light show on the approach.
Santa should be around any time now on his annual sleight trip past the houses.

Yateley is a great place to be at Christmas time, even with a Lockdown. Very festive in the area and plenty of places to walk when the weather is still dry and the leaves are falling.

Do you remember when we were in Lockdown and the most noticeable sound was the sound of silence??
No more sound of airplanes coming over ahead every few minutes. No sound of the tube rushing past every few minutes making the whole house shake.
Well that is how everyday sounds when you live at the end of a Cul-De-Sac in Yateley like this property.
The most irritating noise is that of the occasional flock of Geese flying past.
