Over the last few months I’ve been slowly creating something a little different here at home near Gwithian 🌿

This summer I’ll be running a small number of wellness retreats combining:
Pilates, breathwork, relaxation, pool time, fire pits, hot tub evenings and nourishing food — all in a calm private garden setting.

The idea is simple:
a few hours to slow down, reset and properly switch off.

I’ve kept the groups very small (maximum 6 people) so the experience feels personal and relaxed.

Current retreat dates are:

🌿 Thursday 18th June — 5pm Evening Reset Retreat
🔥 Saturday 20th June — 5pm Summer Solstice Evening
☀️ Sunday 28th June — Daytime Reset Retreat- 9.30am
🌅 Friday 17th July — Summer Evening Retreat - 5pm

Early bird spaces are currently £80 before increasing to £90.

I’d love to welcome some familiar faces to the first ones 🤍

Isolde Cottage awaits to welcome you this Spring and Summer 🏝️ September is one of my favourite times too.
We are opening our pool this week and it's already 20 degrees!
I've had a lovely swim this morning already.
We are in a beautiful quiet location but just 2mins from the A30.
We can sleep 3 people and accept up to 2 dogs.

Lucky you we have just had a cancellation for the half term in May. 😜
All available dates below
May 5th to May 22nd
May 23rd to May 30th
Jun 13th to Jun 30th
Aug 26th onwards
