Speaking to the vendor directly can really help you uncover needs and find a mutual win:win solution for all.

Why is this important? Because there are more options to explore other than just a straight forward sale that many people are just not aware of. Solutions to a sellers situation can actually be very creative.

One of the ways we speak directly to the vendor is through platforms such as Strike and Purple Bricks, where its the owner selling the property directly, not a traditional agent. It works!

Viewed a potential property for us last weekend whilst up North.

Placed an offer, it’s been rejected, but I’ll keep my eye on it and in touch with the vendor to see if their circumstances change in the future. It has some lovely features and is currently stood empty. Unfortunately SA not allowed.

Nice to have Grace my step daughter with me, she's a fan of viewing properties too! ❤️
