❗THE EAST OF ENGLAND AVERAGE IS 128*❗

A huge frustration to home movers isn't just how long it takes to agree a sale in the current market, but even more so how long it then takes to exchange contracts and move home. 😡

A few months ago at Ensum Brown we not only increased the size of our dedicated sales progression team but we also changed the our internal systems. WHAT A DIFFERENCE IT IS MAKING 💪💥

We theorised that the focus and natural time consumption on the closing stages of a sales transaction and getting it over the line, dealing with the many complex issues that can arise, was meaning the early stage of the transaction was not getting enough focus. Putting an individual purely focused on the early stage of a transaction should therefore vastly accelerate the process and given the other sales progressors more time for the complex issues, right❓

YES, that's proving the case, in the region of 8 weeks quicker than the average and we're still improving the system further all the time. Quicker transactions mean, LESS STRESS, LESS FALL THROUGHS, HAPPY CLIENTS 😁

In October to date, taking out 2 untypical cases, we've averaged 69 days from sales letters issued to exchange of contracts (over 10 further cases to date in October). 59 days quicker than the national average.

There's still more we can do and we're going to...

⭐ A Lunch Date With The Amazing Sarah ⭐

A few weeks ago it was our amazing sales progressor Sarah's work anniversary, so this was a well overdue lunch date with MD Neil as a small token of appreciation for all the hard work she does for the business but most importantly our clients.

Last week we won several awards at the ESTAS and Sarah received more 5⭐ reviews than anyone. If you read our Google reviews you'll see Sarah's name come up time and time again, it's not only us that think she's fab, so do our clients.

Don't worry, she's back hard at getting more home sales over this line this afternoon, even after a lunchtime glass of wine 🥂 😂

Now and in the next 6 months we're looking to expand the amazing Ensum Brown Team. Due to market share growth and expansion of our service area we'll be looking for brilliant individuals in a range of roles. 💪

We're in no rush, we've some immediate positions available and others that will be coming up soo, but we will wait for the right individuals that we think will both fit our team and add something new.

What roles do we have available❓

⭐ Client Relationship Managers - An office and phone based role dealing with incoming enquiries and for making proactive outbound client calls.
⭐ Property Consultants - Conducting property viewings, negotiating offers and so much more.
⭐ Administration - A vital role in ensuring the team and office runs smoothly and effectively.
⭐ Marketing Manager & Social Media Manager - Continuing the growth of our brand and effectively communicating with our current and future clients.

We're looking for motivated and driven individuals in every single role and that are capable of working in a fast paced environment. We're a team driven by excellence in client service and experience and have the very highest of standards.

We were over the moon to win 'Best In Postcode' award for Sales, Landlords AND Tennant categories but also the Silver award for sales in the whole of the SOUTH EAST ENGLAND.💪💥

Tomorrow is a big day for the Ensum Brown team. It's one of the biggest days of the year, the ESTAS AWARDS 2023 at Grosvenor House Hotel in the heart of Mayfair, London. 💂🏻

Some of the team will be going along to the awards to represent the whole company. This is one of, if not THE, biggest property industry awards, as it's voted for by clients, for all the reviews that are submitted in a year. 💥

We've made it to the finals in the SOUTH EAST ENGLAND category for Sales, Landlords and Tenants. 💪

Wish us luck, here's hoping we get to collect our award from the face of property on TV, Phil Spencer. 🤞
