Independent 3-bedroom house with wide views of the Mondego River and access to a private fine sand beach. It has space for up to 8 people, a main bedroom with private bathroom, two more bedrooms, and extra sleeping areas under the roof.

The house has a large living and dining room, a fitted kitchen, a terrace serving hatch, wood stove, linens, towels, books, games, and barbecue tools. Solar panels supply electricity, and water comes from a spring on the land.

Set in a quiet 3-hectare valley with fruit trees, a stream, waterfall, and forest. Canoe, kayak, paddle, swimming, fishing, walking, hiking, and horse riding are nearby.
