Has anyone used Tenmat or another brand of fire proofing at all for a void behind cladding? Im trying to work out what I need and where to actually put it?

Most of you know I’m a full-time property developer — but what you might not know is I’m also a bit of an entrepreneur…

I’m always dreaming up new ideas, but this time I’ve come up with something next-level. It’s going to be the first business of its kind in the UK.

I’ve just come out of a meeting with a nationwide insurance company who are very interested coming on board as a third-party partner.
Honestly — it felt like I was on Dragons’ Den! I pitched the idea, and they both loved it. Even said it’s going to disrupt the market.

I can’t say too much just yet… but this one’s big.
If I pull it off, it’s going to be a household name.

Watch this space — things are about to get exciting...
