The Poplars Bed and Breakfast QUIET COUNTRY BUNGALOW THREE ROOMS WITH ENSUITE CLOSE TO CAMBRIDGE we are set in a quiet location with plenty of off road parking and a well lit drive at night.

we are a three room B&B close to Cambridge Park and Ride, Papworth Hospital and Bourn Hall Clinic. The bungalow is all low level for those unable to climb stairs. Room 3 is a double bed room with a private shower room just outside the bedroom door. Room 4 is a double/twin room with wet room ensuite and grab rails. Room 5 is a family room with double/twin beds and a set of adult bunk beds this room

has shower over bath facility. Breakfast is Free there is a self service continental style food bar with microwave and toaster. each room has its own fridge and china. we are happy to take dogs free of charge as long as pet owners clean up and respect home furnishings. we accept children free under 5 years and we have travel cot and highchair.

We have had a great weekend with perfect weather and lovely, lovely guests.
It’s so nice to welcome guests back but also to meet new guests …all here to visit relatives/ friends in the village.

Taken our little dog Poppy this morning Ito The Dog Grooming Cabin on A1198 at Longstowe/ Bourn Turn. Very impressed with Jackie and Daughter Hattie.
Poppy looks lovely and smells so much better, they did exactly what I asked for....at a reasonable price.
They also cleaned her teeth and the results are amazing!

We have changed ALL smoke alarms and heat detectors throughout the entire property yesterday as we had been having random alarms going off in the night!! NO it wasnt the batteries as checked these but feel they may have been approaching their expiry date 2022. So they have gone now lets hope these fancy new ones behave!!

Temperature taken on arrival
Spare masks
Rooms cleaned/set up ready 36 hrs before arrival
Servicing left until after departure.
If you have any Covid symptoms we would rather you cancel your booking all monies will be refunded.

We have had a lovely weekend. Such a joy to welcome families of village residents. Meeting up since 'lockdown'. The weather was fairly kind too..Happy Days.
