Spent the day yesterday wearing my other work hat 🚴☀️

Great British Escapades cycling event — all setting off on an epic off-road adventure across the North & South Downs Way. So proud of my wonderful husband for running such an amazing event 👏❤️

Meanwhile… hospitality life doesn’t stop 😅
Between rider check-ins, guest changeovers, bookings, broken taps, and ferrying water over to guests staying in Herne Bay in this heat 🥵💦… It was a long day !

☀️🥵 When the weather app says “30°+” and the mop bucket starts looking like a spa day…

Huge shout out to all the cleaning teams out there today working through the heat, still smiling, still scrubbing, and somehow still finding the energy to make everything sparkle ✨🧼

While everyone else is melting into iced coffees and standing in front of fans pretending to work… our cleaning heroes are out there battling fingerprints, dust, and mystery sticky patches like absolute legends 💪😂

Up early this morning shopping local for some Kentish crisps and pear juice ready for guests arriving at Seacastles today. 🍐✨

This apartment really is a gem — beautifully finished to the highest standard, with all the little touches that make for the perfect stay in Ramsgate.

Then it was off to Reculver Towers and Roman Fort to check the apartment beside the historic towers, before a quick stop at Beacon Hill to drop off some fresh towels and get everything guest-ready. 🏡☀️
