We have been engaged by Angela Swift Developments to provide building control expertise for the construction of this new three-storey, 86-bedroom care home, and we look forward to supporting the scheme from inception through to completion.

Jaspal Virdee-Dhanjal recently joined the business as Building Control Manager to lead our new London and Surrey office.

Bringing more than 35 years of experience across both the public and private sectors in building control, Jaspal bring with her a wealth of technical knowledge, leadership experience and industry insight.

The launch of the new office marks an exciting step in Harwood’s continued growth, strengthening its presence across London, Surrey and the wider South East while continuing to deliver responsive, practical support across a broad range of projects.

It was a pleasure to support Darwin Group in delivering in delivering The Princess Royal Bristol Surgical Centre.

Introducing another new joiner at our new London/Surrey office.

Welcome to Assistant Building Control Surveyor, Jai Basra.

Jai is a Class 1 Registered Building Inspector with around 4 years of industry experience, having worked previously in building control roles.

He is looking forward to getting stuck into a new working environment, expanding his experience, and being involved in large and more complex projects with the aim of quickly reaching Class 2 A, B and pushing to achieve D.

We're delighted to have Jai on board and look forward to supporting his development toward his higher classes.

Introducing one of our new joiners at our new London/Surrey office.

Welcome to Building Control Manager, Jaspal Virdee-Dhanjal.

Jaspal has recently joined the Harwood team and is heading up our new London/Surrey office. Having been in the Building Control sector for 35 years, Jaspal began her career as a trainee with a local authority and progressed to senior levels within the Building Control environment.

Her knowledge and experience have been gained in the public and private sectors, spanning from domestic to commercial projects, along with infrastructure involvement.

Jaspal is part of the RICS Professional Group Panel, an APC assessor and is also actively involved with CABE, carrying out training and acting as a panellist on their registration process.

We're delighted to have Jaspal on the team and look forward to seeing the new office take shape.
