A very busy wet winter. Our returning Clients envisioned a radius sleeper retaining wall and new lawn for his rear garden that had been bogged down and holding water, creating mud due to the clay conditions. so we completed a new perforated land drainage system and stormwater pump to give a year round healthy lawn. We also completed a new 250 square meter front driveway with grid system and stone infill. Brilliant work again from our team. # 🔨🔧🧱🏗🏡

Also a huge thankyou to all my family and friends who have always been there throughout, especially helping me complete my own home over the Christmas period. Conservatory Converted! This cold in the winter & too hot in the summer conservatory was a waisted space for our clients. After removing it we completed the brickwork and timber frame walls then the roof all fully insulated finished with a skylight, we added in a new radiator, down-lights and sockets to the snug room, window & door fitted, fully plastered internally and finished the exterior with a anthracite hardie plank cement board cladding fitted all in under 2 weeks!

Closing stages on a huge rear extension in the whitstable area. The works carried out included 13 steels fitted, welded & bolted. Extension of rear dormer, new bifolds & windows, reinforced concrete slab for patio area. kitchen, wet room & bootroom fitting. Excellent finish throughout! A few before and afters of a fantastically designed and excellently built project completed in the Faversham area. Very great-full to have such great clients and loved transforming there double garage into a 2 bedroom annex, complete with bathroom & kitchen. It also included roof truss vaulted ceilings which worked out beautifully. Thank you to everybody involved on the project. # 🔨🔧🧱🏗🏡
