Happy Christmas to all my customers, past and present! I hope you have a lovely break.
No, I haven't left the country, 🙂, I've just been very busy working on my own project for the last few months. I apologise if I've forgotten to reply to anyone but it's been absolutely manic with one deadline after another keeping me busy 7 days a week for last 3 months! 😖
I will be getting back to stuff in the new year but I'm hoping to be a bit more selective about what I take on. 🙂. Thanks. Pete.

Hello again everyone. Apologies for lack of postings lately! I'm generally taking on a lot less than I was prior to my accident and there's not been too much worthy of putting up really. However, I am due to start a bathroom update this week so I'll have something to put up soon. Thanks. 🙂

Another rescue job completed today. Very nice log cabin was showing it's age again. I carried out major repairs to the other side several years ago and now it was time for this side. Not as extensive as before. Thanks again to East Kent Timber for running out perfectly matching profile from pattern.

Well here we are in 2023!
I'd like to wish all my customers a VERY HAPPY , (and healthy), NEW YEAR !!
It's got to be better than 2022 surely......
Well for me at least. 🤣
It's now 16 months since my accident and I am still recovering! It's crazy, it really is. I am working, to a degree. I'd put my functionality at about 75 - 80% so getting there.
I am taking on some slightly larger jobs now but full bathrooms are off the list, at least for now.

Good Morning All
Thought I'd best post something so you know I haven't left the planet! Progress with my knee is really, really slow and I'm still not back working yet! It's a struggle to stay positive sometimes but positive I must be. 😁
All the professionals are telling me that everything is normal and these things just take a long time. I'm still working hard on my physio exercise regime but, as I say, progress is slooooow.
I am due to see one of the top orthopaedic consultants in Harley Street on Monday so it will be interesting to hear what he has to say. In the meantime I've been keeping myself busy with some work at home, it's all taking about three times longer than it should but it's keeping me sane! 🙂
Well, that's all for the time being, hopefully I'll be back with something a little more positive soon, (ish!). 😂
