5 Things I commit to as our business grows
Self care -
Burn out is real. staying in tune with what my mind and body tell me is a top priority, especially as a parent who often deals with major sleep deprivation.
Know my numbers
Keeping on top of cashflow and how that can affect the eb and flow of the day to day as much as the longer-term investment pot is a crucial part of running the business. Don’t let it overwhelm you and seek help if you can’t figure out your bottom line.
Build my network
This is something I have been putting more time towards lately, and even in a short time, I have already started to reap the rewards of meeting with the right people to help me move forward. I hope I can give back as much as I am already taking.
Keep learning
We can’t know everything, and we aren’t supposed to. One main part of our business has been utilising a mentor. If you don’t have one, then I highly recommend There just isn’s anyone else that compares
Take the small steps
It has taken us longer than others perhaps, to get to where we are today and even that is still far away from our goals and achievements, but we have not stopped putting one foot in front of the other and building up those foundations every day,
