RPA supported this great social housing project in Trecynon (RCT) as Employers Agent and QS, working closely with Prestige Homes Wales and Trivallis.
The development delivered 4 x 4 bedroom EPC A rated MMC family homes, thoughtfully designed and providing much needed housing in a high demand area.

This achievement was led by Leanne Shakespeare, Office & HR Manager, who coordinated the implementation of the EMS, from reviewing environmental impacts to embedding new procedures and engaging colleagues across the business. Her efforts have made environmental responsibility an integral part of our operations, supporting better decision-making, reduced risk, and more sustainable outcomes.

Delighted to see this project now open and trading.

Having supported the scheme in our roles as PM, QS and Bank Monitors, it was a pleasure to attend the soft launch last weekend and see the vision brought to life. Platform Street Food is a vibrant new bar and street food destination, and a fantastic addition to the Loft Co portfolio.

The venue offers capacity for 100 externally and 130 covers internally, and is uniquely positioned at the end of the tracks at the southern terminus of the Butetown branch line. With four street food units and a family-friendly, inclusive atmosphere, it brings something fresh and exciting to the area.

A great addition to Cardiff Bay and a valuable asset to the local community—we look forward to seeing its continued success.

Great progress being made at the Cardiff Bay MSCP

The main stair core has now topped out, with steel frame er****on progressing well on site — another significant step forward for the scheme and the wider Atlantic Wharf masterplan.

We’re pleased to share that the new Pavilion at Hampstead Golf Club is now complete and fully operational. The finished building looks excellent and represents a fantastic addition to the club’s facilities.
