SMEs make up the majority of tenants in WCR Space’s properties. It’s clear why, with the ease of paying bills, flexible leases, and ability to facilitate growth.

Additionally, being in a large building with many other tenants, in a sort of business-community, provides easy access to business services and potential clients. For example, this website was created with the help of one of WCR Space’s former tenants, Big Lemon.

🍕 🇺🇦 The Welsh Italian Pizza Co. came in to make freshly made pizzas for our tenants at Quest House, which were delicious!

The staff were super efficient and friendly and we couldn’t recommend them more.

We took donations for the DEC Ukraine Appeal and we raised £163.45! Thanks to everyone who donated.
