Hand over meeting, rebuild beach house Nefyn North Wales.

When the architect and project managers (Downsmerrifield) are cyclists. The PM decides it’s a great idea to ride part of the way back through Snowdonia. The architect goes for a sea swim and picks us up 3.5hrs later.

Majestic views, thought I’d share the photos of the trip back. Wearing Owen Associates branded clothing so worked all day 😎

I’ll post a few more of the house on a separate thread and our website.

It’s got to be the most stunning location I’ve worked at.

Great to be part of this in a small way, Mark Ayling is such a professional he messages me after all his races. He’s out there having fun!

His write up from yesterday “Last race of the 2025/26 CX season this afternoon at the Wessex CX League's 'Crow Cross' held in the New Forest at Burley in Hampshire.

As a visiting rider I think I was gridded on the fourth or fifth row, it was a fair way back. The parcours was incredibly hard, but plenty of slippery mud and the need to run with your bike suited me perfectly, and I got stronger as the race unfolded.

I was delighted with 12th place, catching 4 riders on the last lap, my best lap.

It was nice too today to have my youngest son with me, Charlie, as 'swannie' (soigneur), pit man, and press officer. He was also my sign manager apparently with a fab banner designed and produced in house by my lovely niece, Poppy.”.

CATHEDRAL ROAD, CARDIFF - RESIDENTIAL PROJECT

Really pleased to have started this project in one of Cardiff's most iconic roads. What is different about this project is one of the grand town houses that became a multiple occupancy let is being turned back into a private residential property. We are excited to see how this progresses in the next 12 months.
