The day before the long Easter weekend, we saw a HUGE surge of new sellers putting their properties on the market. 📈 It was actually the busiest day for new listings on Rightmove so far this year! 🎉

In fact, on Thursday, March 28th, there were a whopping 45% more homes added to Rightmove compared to the previous Thursday. 😮 That's a ton of fresh options for all you eager house hunters out there!

So, what's the latest scoop on the housing market? 🏘️

Well, the market is bouncing back after a bit of a slowdown in 2023. Asking prices across Great Britain have gone up by 0.8% over the past year, and the average price now stands at £368,118. 💷

Interestingly, when we compare the current situation to pre-covid times, we can see some regional differences in price changes. For example, asking prices in Wales have skyrocketed by 29% since March 2020, while London has seen a more modest 8% increase. 📊

The Christmas season is like no other time of year for enjoying a well-earned break at home with family and friends.
