Silver Crescent has been recognised at the RCI National Facade Awards winning the *Best Use of Brick Cladding System* award.
Competing against landmark projects from London, Manchester, Birmingham, and Nottingham, recognition for our Amber Vista development in Cardiff is a momentous milestone.
As the only Welsh nomination across all categories, we proudly demonstrate that Wales can deliver exceptional, technically demanding, and landmark projects.
Founded by my parents in the 70s, Silver Crescent remains a family business driven by legacy. As John Ruskin said, 'When we build, let us think that we build forever.' This guiding ethos shapes every effort we make—building for future generations with pride in our Welsh, Pakistani, and Muslim heritage. Our driving force is simple: striving to do our best and proving that shared values can transcend differences.
Special thanks to Aquarian Cladding Systems Ltd and the Principality Building Society for believing in our vision, even when others doubted that a Chartered Accountant could lead such a transformative project. In an often impersonal industry, genuine relationships and trust made all the difference. To our entire consultancy and delivery team—you lived every decision, earned every battle scar, and brought Amber Vista to life.
Above all, as a family business, the unwavering support and quiet sacrifices of my parents, wife and children empower me to pursue this dream. This isn’t just an award; it’s a celebration of what we can achieve together, rooted in heritage and fuelled by a passion for building better.
