England’s new landlord database has got me thinking about what could come next for landlords here in Wales…

We already have Rent Smart Wales, but England is taking a much more detailed approach to the information landlords are being asked to provide.

This is purely my opinion, but I do wonder whether Wales could eventually move in a similar direction. Watch til the end to hear my thoughts.

Would greater transparency be useful, or would it just mean more cost and admin?
