Super proud of our latest property in which has been fully renovated. It's got versatile family spaces yet room to grow in its own 0.36 acre plot. We could have built another dwelling on the side (which the new owners could still do) however we chose not to to allow for the balance of quality living. This allows for connection with nature and to use this space in a flexible way: - Grown vegetables, having animals, a home office, or good old fashioned play and fun roly polying.

Today, something on my children's school wall caught my eye—a powerful reminder that learning knows no age, gender, or boundaries. It resonated deeply with me, especially as I prepared to present on sustainable practices for property developers with QualEco Homes Ltd and Cogito Wealth this evening.

Just 18 months ago, I would have been a bundle of nerves—passionate and knowledgeable, but struggling to deliver with confidence. Fast forward to tonight, and I delivered a structured, concise presentation that felt natural and empowering. 🌿✨

I've given myself the space to grow in an area I truly care about—and the results are showing. If there's something you're passionate about but haven’t pursued yet, I encourage you to take that first step! 🙌 It’s not always easy, and the risks are real, but life is about embracing opportunities and pushing boundaries. 💡

Here at QualEco Homes Ltd we don't like waste. We encourage reuse and recycle when possible. It was great to work with Mark yesterday gifting them some pallets and wood that we no longer needed on one of our renovation projects. Mark runs a small holding and garden market and I'm excited to see what furniture he makes from the wood. Check out his website in the comments below.
