Worth a visit if you’re here…

So it’s happening, the rumours are true! We are returning to our old spot in Cardigan! A summer pop up for 10 days only.

With the National Eisteddfod coming to town we felt it was too much of an opportunity to miss. We used to travel the country with our mobile kitchen feeding the masses at the Eisteddfods for 6 consecutive years. We loved it! It was always our favourite event. So we could’t have it come to our hometown & not be involved, in one way or another.

We won‘t be on the Maes this year but we will be back in our HQ ready to feed you all, whether you are local, visiting cardigan or on your way through. Come & see us. We’ll be open the week before as well.

We’ll be cooking up some El Salsa favourites – Burritos, loaded Nachos, Fajita Chicken wraps, Real fruit slushies, Frozen Margaritas, ice cold beers, and the same fresh flavours you've been missing.
We are so excited to reunite the crew & create something special.

Our poor pond is suffering in the heat 🌞 It’s never been anything like this dry and the forecast remains hot 🥵 The island is now accessible without getting wet, which has not happened in the ten years the pond has existed. Thankfully there are still some deep areas, but it is shocking how much water we have lost in the last few weeks, having had a pretty wet winter…

Today the alpaca lads had their summer haircuts. They say they feel it was a week too late, but they feel a whole lot lighter and they are pleased to be ready for the next heatwave! ☀️
