Hospitality staff really are built different 💪🔥

47 degrees in the kitchen today… then tonight battling thunderstorms causing power cuts that stop the tills working and shut down kitchen ventilation systems for safety. Every time the power drops, equipment cuts out, service slows, and the pressure builds.

And yet… the team still shows up.
Still smiles.
Still pushes through.
Still does everything possible to serve a full restaurant of customers.

People see the finished plate or the busy restaurant — they don’t always see the heat, stress, sweat, teamwork and determination happening behind the scenes.

Massive respect to every chef, server, KP, bartender and hospitality worker keeping things going in these conditions tonight 👏❤️

Please remember to show patience and kindness to hospitality staff. We are trying our absolute best to make sure every customer still has a great experience despite circumstances completely out of our control.
