New roof with 2 velux windows fitted
Steel beams fitted to remove the back of the existing house and internal walls
Doorway built up and alterations to existing doorways.
Quick turn around in 3 weeks and handed back to the client to take over.

Extension Brickwork and roof works are complete, and we're moving inside to start on the interior work. Landscaping will be starting soon too.

⭐️ NEW PROJECT ⭐️
We've started work on our latest project a new luxury build at Dalston.

The old sandstone cottage has been demolished and site cleared.
Foundations poured for a new 4-bedroom detached property. We'll be sharing updates as the project progresses.

We’ve just had planning permission approved for this 4 bedroom property on the outskirts of Carlisle.

Work kicks off this summer, and we’re aiming to have it ready for sale by Spring 2026.
