My landlord client in Carlisle couldn’t be happier I lowered her cost per night in her Serviced Accommodation 🤯
We took on a property in February this year that had been struggling with low occupancy, unsure how to be competitive on price and booking platforms were rinsing the revenue.
The landlord was putting their own money into this liability.
Since taking over the cost per night has lowered…but occupancy has shot up to find the sweet spot with a direct long term contracting team in since April. Sorry B**king.com 💩 happens but we’re proactive on direct bookings.
Resulting in happy guests and a even happier landlord clearing £1,100 net profit ✌️
