The last few months have been hectic.
Beginning of July My van was hit whilst parked outside my house, 9 days for a courtesy van and it was too long to park . My Van returned and they only completed half the work, courtesy van returned. Damaged my ankle suspected # but was ligament/soft tissue damage. 14 days on the sofa. Van booked in for 2 days to complete work, 17 days later I got it back and it wasn’t right, had an engineer out from the insurance company and he arranged for it to go to a body shop in Swansea last Friday (18th)
For 5 days.
Apologies to any customers I have overlooked/missed/forgot to get back to.
🤞🏻fingers crossed the van should be back in 2 days and I can catch up with those that have waited for me.

A bit of info….

What I need before I can take legally take away your waste.

Public liability insurance.
Waste Carriers Licence.
Appropriate vehicle & insurance.
Waste Transfer notes.

These all cost money and are costs I have to incur.

When we get to CWM ( transfer station) we have to be weighed on the weigh bridge, then tip, then be weighed again. Sometimes this can take over a hour.
