A recent bathroom refurbishment. First 2 pictures were the old and last 2 the new.
Full strip down, full re-plumb, fresh plastered walls, new tiling on floors and walls, new shower base and screen, freestanding bath, vanity basin, wall hung toilet, recessed LED light strips fitted, ceiling lights renewed and repositioned adding 2 additional lights, new extraction system also installed along with a full underfloor heating system.
Customer delighted with the results.

Recent porch roof rebuild. All tiles stripped off, framework rebuilt, boarded out, waterproof membrane installed, new batons, refitted tiles and new lead flashing (not shown in picture), tackling a badly repaired roof that had leaked badly for some time. Now as watertight as a ducks doo dah.
