The Wharf Blocks A & B Tenants’ Association
We are a volunteer‑run, nonprofit group formed by leaseholders, for leaseholders who pay service charges to Y&Y Management. Our focus is on our building, our leaseholders/owner occupants, and our shared concerns.
We help improve communication between leaseholders and the key parties involved in managing the building and estate: including Y&Y Management, AEJ, Caxtons, and Chatham Maritime Trust.
We share important updates, raise building‑wide issues, and keep members informed.
What we do:
• Improve communication with the managing agent and other stakeholders
• Keep members informed and consulted
• Support rights set out in leases and legislation
• Help resolve collective issues constructively
What we don’t do:
• Provide property management services
• Offer legal advice
• Act for individual leaseholders in personal disputes
• Manage repairs, contracts, or service charges
Our role is collective, not individual. We focus on issues that affect the building as a whole and help maintain communication between all parties.
Membership:
Open to leaseholders (18+) of The Wharf Blocks A and B who pay service charges to Y&Y Management.
