What is an EPC Rating… and why do you need one before listing your home? 🤔🏡
If you’re thinking about selling, here’s something important you’ll need before your property can officially hit the market: an EPC Rating.
✨ EPC = Energy Performance Certificate
It shows how energy-efficient your property is, rated from A (super efficient) to G (needs improvement).
Think of it as a “fuel efficiency label” for your home.
So why do you need one to list your property?

Every property for sale must have a valid EPC before it can be marketed.
