Channels Community Stewardship CIC, manages the open space and facilities ( playground, skate park, car park, fitness area and the Channels Community Veg Garden), at Channels Chelmsford. As a Community Interest Company, it is run for the benefit of the residents and the community.

🌞 Picnic in the Park – 20th June 🌞

What a fantastic day we had at our Picnic in the Park event on 20th June!

The event was a great success, with a wonderful turnout from residents, families, and visitors. We were lucky to enjoy beautiful weather throughout the day, helping to create a relaxed, friendly, and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone.

One of the highlights was seeing our community come together to socialise, take part in activities, and enjoy each other's company. It was wonderful to see so many people connecting and making the most of the day.

A special thank you to Eva for her hard work organising the raffle, and to everyone who generously donated prizes and purchased tickets. Thanks to your support, we raised an amazing £239 for a good cause!

Thank you to everyone who attended, volunteered, donated, and helped make the event such a success. Your enthusiasm and support made the day truly special, and we look forward to seeing you all again at future community events.
