Sadly nothing lasts forever! If you walk down Moulsham Street this week you will notice that our office is now closed permanently. A combination of factors has led to this point and a few things have come together at the same time to make the decision to stop taking on new business. We are remotely managing our existing sales and our excellent levels of service will continue until the last deal completes.

From myself (Neil) and the team we would like to thank those that have supported the business since the start of 2021. We are very proud of our service levels and the reviews and feeback we have received for our work and know that we have done a good job.

Ultimately it is time to move on to new things and hopefully the name of McGovern & Co will be remembered by many in the local area for years to come.

Have you seen the plans to turn the former bar and nightclub venue into a 17 bed hotel and cafe on Moulsham Street, Chelmsford?

Chelmsford certainly needs more hotel rooms in the city centre area however there appears to be concerns as to how the hotel will actually work and who the guests may be when it is up and running.
