Guns out after a full day of straight talking. 🎯

May's mastermind session was a good one. Ross Wiltshire, Partner at Ellisons Commercial Property Department, gave us a proper breakdown of what's actually hitting SME developers right now - tax, disputes, Biodiversity Net Gain, and where the market's heading. No fluff, just the stuff that matters.

Then, I ran Project Focus, and as always, the room brought their feedback and some great suggestions and contacts for a challenging site.

We wrapped up the day with some clay pigeon shooting - which was the highlight of the day.

PNT Property is a property lettings and development company based in Chelmsford.

📢 We are looking for reliable cleaners to carry out ad-hoc end-of-tenancy cleans and deep cleans across our portfolio of HMO and single-let homes.

It's ideal for those who want flexibility with extra ad-hoc work. A team of two is preferred.

📌 Applicants should also be open to conducting property viewings, showing prospective tenants around when rooms or houses become available. Some evening and weekend availability may be required.

Qualities and skills required:
• Dedicated, reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment
• Experience in deep cleaning and end-of-tenancy cleaning
• Good communication skills
• Must be able to drive and have their own transport
• Willing to conduct property viewings with potential tenants
• Willing to take on additional ad-hoc work

Perfect timing for planting - woody shrubs, herbaceous perennials and ornamental grasses next in at Wakerings Farm Barns.

I even caught a hot air balloon overhead that day… a small moment that made us stop and take in how far the project’s come. 😀
