PNT Property is a property lettings and development company based in Chelmsford.

📢 We are looking for reliable cleaners to carry out ad-hoc end-of-tenancy cleans and deep cleans across our portfolio of HMO and single-let homes.

It's ideal for those who want flexibility with extra ad-hoc work. A team of two is preferred.

📌 Applicants should also be open to conducting property viewings, showing prospective tenants around when rooms or houses become available. Some evening and weekend availability may be required.

Qualities and skills required:
• Dedicated, reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment
• Experience in deep cleaning and end-of-tenancy cleaning
• Good communication skills
• Must be able to drive and have their own transport
• Willing to conduct property viewings with potential tenants
• Willing to take on additional ad-hoc work

Pool update at Wakerings Farm Barn 🏊

The LED strip is neatly recessed into a small reveal - the ceiling drops down just enough for the light to wash out beautifully without exposing the fitting.

It’s subtle during the day, but looks more stunning at nighttime. 🌛

We’ve also been laying and screeding the floor with precision to create a perfectly flat concrete base ready for the next phase - tiling!

I still remember the first time I walked into a barn conversion project. 🏚️

The beams stretched high above me, the light poured through those vast windows, and

I thought: “This is why people fall in love with these spaces.” 💭

For developers, barns are worth considering for three big reasons:
• countryside locations that new builds rarely achieve
• the unique character buyers crave
• the higher values that character bring

Of course, they’re not without challenges - but that’s what makes them so rewarding. ⭐
