We have successfully identified this development opportunity in Latchingdon, Maldon and acquired the site on behalf of a private client under the role of Buyers Agent. The site benefits from outline planning approval for 10 units, with works scheduled to commence in Q1 2026.

As we sign out of 2025, we’d like to thank all our clients, landowners, consultants, and partners. We turned 10 years old this year as a business, and it’s been our best yet:
