We sat down with Lucie, the Operations Manager at Kids Inspire to ask that exact question.

Lucie’s work enables the many amazing therapists at Kids Inspire to reach young people across Essex access help to overcome personal and mental struggles, allowing them to lead more full and unburdened lives.

With government funding only being available for project based work, they heavily rely on community fundraising where every contribution allows them to provide consistent care for the people that need it.

Good FOH can be the difference between a smooth day, and one where you can’t wait for it to be over.

As the world becomes more digitised, it’s becoming more important to highlight the value of human connection which cannot be replicated with a prompt.

For SMEs, having good FOH service can elevate client impression and ease workload pressure through phone answering, post handling and being a buffer until you are ready to take your client.

With 10 years of therapist experience and continuing her work with Kids Inspire for over 4 years, we heard from Helen how she builds relationships that foster growth.

Healing starts with connection. At Kids Inspire, this could be through play, talking or being present with one another by building these connections first hand, Helen and the other therapists and mentors sees changes in real time. This consistent work with children and families sets them up for lasting growth outside of the therapy room.

With only 1 week left before our Charity Quiz in support of them, we’ll be hearing more from Helen and her their staff members about their role and impact. Thank you to all therapists and mentors that do amazing work for the young people in Essex 🧡
