Factory Cheltenham Embracing tech, nature and innovation — a project from Factory in partnership with HBD and the Cheltenham Borough Council.

Factory designs, builds and operates campuses for startups and fast-growing tech companies. By partnering with actors from the public and private sector as well as local startup communities Factory brings innovation into urban areas in need of revitalization. We focus on tastefully repurposing iconic sites, designing the ideal location to cluster technology and creative companies. Our efforts work to support the new tech economy while bringing a new breath of life to urban centers.
