Busy first week on the new job. Big rip out, and finding some scary workmanship on some floor joists which turned a bedroom into a ski slope 😅 someone had previously cut nearly the whole way through 4 joists to run a soil pipe to the 2 ensuite on that floor. But don’t worry, they put a bit of timber above the pipe to stop the joists from snapping 🙈🙈 all repaired with 2.4m long glued ply and metal straps now 👌
