Prior to forming the partnership with Charles, Gary Lawrence was employed as a Chartered Surveyor by a respected national company and was involved with commercial agency throughout the Midlands and Southwest. As a qualified RICS Register Valuer, Gary carries out the professional valuations, and regularly acts as an expert witness. His experience and local knowledge is an invaluable tool in the running of Charles Lear & Co. Charles and Gary are well supported by associates and property valuers, Vanessa Athorn and Tom Hatcher, who with extensive local knowledge and experience of working in both buoyant and testing markets carry out market appraisals and offer excellent customer service to sellers and buyers alike. The office administrator, Samantha Smith supports the entire team in the day-to-day running of the office, herself having in excess of 20 years experience within the property market.
