Hi . My name is Darren. I have been a property sourcer for the last 9 years. I love property.

I am not here to sell courses and I am not here to sell properties that I have renovated myself in order to make money from investors.

What I am here to do is find you the properties that will make YOU money.

I specialise in finding auction properties that are undervalue and help you with process of buying and then renovating and renting them out .

The reason I do this is because I love property.

I am an investor myself but I only have a limited amount of funds that I can invest of my own but I love the process of finding a property that needs work and seeing the end product and providing homes for people gives me enormous satisfaction .

There are many people that have the funds to invest and would love to have a rental portfolio but don’t know where to start the process.

This is my expertise .

9 years ago I started investing.
I bought my first investement which was a 4 bedroom house in the Midlands for 87k
I spent 13k on the renovation and when it was finished it was valued at 140k giving me a 40% return on my investment. I knew this purchase was a great buy because the people I purchased from at auction had paid 125k for this property 9 years before I bought it.

This property is now valued at 185k and has a monthly rental of £1000 per month giving me a yield of over 10%. Not a bad return for an initial outlay of 100k.

My time is spent researching the auction properties , looking at the works that need to be done and calculating the costs , and understanding the end value once renovated and the rental returns depending on whether the house is bought to flip or rent.

My initial charge is only 1.5% of the value of the property and I only take a payment if you purchase the property.

The thought of buying at auction can be extremely daunting. Not everyone has the time to do the research too . There are many many auctions all over the country every month and it’s hard to know where to start.

This is where I do all the groundwork for you !
