ed from charming original farm cottages finished to a high standard, you’ll enjoy a stay in a unique property in a desirable location. Modern appliances meet original features to create the perfect bolthole to explore Chester, the Wirral and more from. Enjoy courtyard views where guests have access to two allocated parking spaces allowing you to drive right to your door. Our 2 bedroom/2 bathroom home has everything you’ll need for the perfect getaway. Super-fast WiFi, 2 car allocated parking, HD smart TV, washer/dryer, underfloor heating, and more. Up to 4 guests can be accommodated comfortably, with the ground floor bedroom available as a King-sized bed or two single beds - please confirm upon booking. You’ll find books, board games and blankets to make your stay as cosy as home. This is child-friendly accommodation with a travel cot and high chair available - please note, cot bedding and a stair gate are not provided. Guest access:
Self check-in details are provided prior to check-in, with private allocated parking right outside your door. Situated on the desirable Mollington Grange Development, The Cottages. Guests can enjoy a country lifestyle just minutes from everything Chester has to offer. With access to 197 acres of the former The Oaks golf course, now home to wildlife havens, paths, lakes, and the neighbouring Countess of Chester Country Park - perfect for nature seekers. All the while experiencing the convenience of the CH1 location, being only 2 miles from Chester's historic city centre, Chester Zoo, and right across the road Mollington Banastre Hotel. Getting around:
Chester Historical Centre is only 2.4 miles or a 7-minute drive
Chester Race Course is only 2.8 miles or a 7-min drive
Countess of Chester Hospital is only 1.9 miles or a 6-min drive
Chester Zoo is only 3.8 miles or a 10-minute drive
Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet is only 5 miles or an 11-minute drive
The Ice Cream Farm is 10.7 miles or a 22-min drive

On foot: Take the scenic route on foot along The Oaks hiking trail and reach Chester city centre in under an hour
By bus: Situated on A540 with hourly buses direct in/out of Chester city centre
