It has been strange times these last few months, we are adapting to a different way of life personally & in business.

We have been quiet but we are doing lots behind the scene with our business. Like many we have tried to take advantage of some down time by joining networking webinars, always lots to learn & thing’s we can do better, the learning process is forever changing & legislation changes too.

One of the highlights was joining Martin Roberts of Homes Under the Hammer on a webinar. He is a proffessional property expert, investor & entrepreneur and we took away a lot of key learnings & advice that we will put into practise going forward.

Good news this week for private landlords!

The RLA & the NLA will now merge into one, the aim is to ‘deliver a stronger voice for landlords in the private rented sector’.

The new merger resulted in them now being known as the NRLA.(National Residential Landlords Association).

The official launch will be in January 2021 🚀

The new organisation, the National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA), will have a membership of more than 80,000 landlords and manage around half a million properties, which is about 10% of the PRS.

Our latest project has recently had a survey only to discovered subsidence.

Subsidence is the downward movement of a surface, causing the ground beneath the foundations of a building to become unstable.

The vendor on this occasion is considering instructing a structural survey to confirm our lenders findings.
