🏡 Three different students. Three different experiences. One thing in common.

Knowing that our tenants have enjoyed their time with us is something we never take for granted, and we'd like to say a heartfelt thank you to Jessica, Naomi and Camilla for these wonderful reviews.

When students move away from home to begin university life, finding somewhere that feels comfortable, welcoming and genuinely cared for can make all the difference. That's something we've always tried to provide.

We're not a large corporate letting company with call centres and ticket numbers. We're a family business, and we believe that looking after people matters just as much as looking after properties.

Over the years, we've been lucky enough to see many students arrive in Chester as nervous freshers and leave as graduates ready for their next adventure. Being a small part of that journey is something we're incredibly proud of.

As a small family business, we've always believed that student accommodation should be about much more than simply providing a roof over someone's head.

Over the years, we've been privileged to welcome hundreds of students into our homes, and many have become friends that we still enjoy hearing from long after they've graduated. We genuinely care about our tenants and want them to enjoy their university years knowing that if they need help, advice or support, we're only ever a message away.
