Current ongoing project on a Grade 2 listed building built 1830s.
Some pictures of a new ensuite & shower room.

In the shower room hidden behind an existing false ceiling and some stud work we found an impressive archway constructed in brick with a double Cant brick detail on the pillars & the same detail on the arch.
This has been kept as a feature in the room & really stands well against the contemporary bathroom furniture.

A project Urban Construction completed early 2024.
Demolition of an existing conservatory,build a single storey kitchen extension & a 2nd storey to extend the master bedroom.
Complete new roof covering,installed solar panels,heat pump,new render & internal remodel.
The end result is a modern spacious family home.

A recently completed renovation on the outskirts of Chester.
A substantial well built prominent property of the area.
The task was to bring the internal 1940s property into a contemporary home, blending modern design with subtle period charm.

As always these old property throw up plenty of challenges.
The client did not live in the area at the time of the work but with daily contact & a client letting us guide them through the more challenging stages the end product was a totally transformed property ready for modern living.

It's a wrap !!

Full scaffold encapsulation was needed for this project , Urban construction are creating over 50m2 of habitable space with this loft conversion with 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms

We can now uncover the roof and crack on with no worries about the weather 🌦️

Due to continued expansion we have gas engineer positions available for immediate start.

Work responsibilities will be to carry out maintenance & repair work on boilers and bathrooms.
Installation of new boilers, heat pumps, unvented cylinders, bathrooms.
Carry out full house renovations. Including large scale domestic homes.

requirements:
-ACS gas. (3 years served)
-heat pump installer (desirable & training can be given)
-unvented G3 qualification
-previous bathroom works
-full house installations (desirable)
-full clean driving license

Package:
-full time 40 hours week Monday-Friday
-competitive salaries £28,000-£34,000 (experience dependent) possibilities to earn much higher with overtime and bonus.
