🌚 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐮𝐦 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐌𝐨𝐨𝐧 🌚

The Museum of the Moon artwork by artist Luke Jerram is coming to Chester Cathedral for the first time in 2026.

Opening tomorrow, 12th February, until Sunday 15th March 2026, marvel at its beauty or join one of the many events and activities that will be taking place in the moonlight, including family events, talks, concerts, and more.

Measuring six metres in diameter, the moon features 120dpi detailed NASA imagery of the lunar surface. At an approximate scale of 1:500,000, each centimetre of the internally lit spherical sculpture represents 5km of the moon’s surface.

The installation is a fusion of lunar imagery, moonlight and surround sound composition created by BAFTA and Ivor Novello award winning composer Dan Jones.

Throughout the exhibition there is no charge for daytime entry to the Cathedral, although a suggested donation of £5 per person is encouraged which contributes to the hosting of the exhibition, the ongoing maintenance and development of Chester Cathedral, and keeping their doors open for all.

Another new video release!
🔸 It was snapped up early by a happy tenant at “building site” phase, but check out this gorgeous studio-style room complete with large en-suite and a mini-kitchen. I called it The Snug. Seemed apt.

You get this as well as the main kitchen, cinema room and XL house and garden facilities.

🔸 I designed this space from scratch, removing a 2nd staircase from the house and having the area re-built into something special.

🔹 I’ve started building these to meet the demand for beautiful accommodation which is half way between a room and your own flat.
It’s one of my favourites 😊.
