What an amazing day at PES4! 🚀

I was delighted to bring .co.uk along and spend the day surrounded by ambitious property investors, developers and entrepreneurs.

The VIP breakfast and networking session was a fantastic start to the day, creating opportunities to connect with both familiar and new faces.

It was great catching up with some lovely old friends, especially , and meeting more fantastic people from .uk , including and many others doing incredible things in the industry.

It was also brilliant to spend time with fellow EPTA members, including , and connect with so many people who are actively building their businesses and property portfolios.

Go do the thing that scares you the most! 🚀

So often we worry, procrastinate, and talk a lot about what we want to achieve—but we never actually take the steps to action. Why? Because of fear.

Fear of failure, fear of not knowing enough, or even fear of what people will think. There are plenty of reasons to be fearful, but remember: if nothing changes, NOTHING changes!!

Be brave and don’t doubt yourself. Between balancing my professional career and building CPO Property Group, I’ve learned that you probably know a lot more than you give yourself credit for. You just need to start somewhere.
