So often we worry, procrastinate, and talk a lot about what we want to achieve—but we never actually take the steps to action. Why? Because of fear.

Fear of failure, fear of not knowing enough, or even fear of what people will think. There are plenty of reasons to be fearful, but remember: if nothing changes, NOTHING changes!!

Be brave and don’t doubt yourself. Between balancing my professional career and building CPO Property Group, I’ve learned that you probably know a lot more than you give yourself credit for. You just need to start somewhere.

Let's be real: not every viewing results in a "Sold" sign, and not every deal makes it through the final stress test. Today was one of those days where the numbers just didn't want to play ball.

In this industry, a "No" is often just as valuable as a "Yes." It means the due diligence is doing exactly what it should—protecting my investors and my brand from a project that isn't a true winner. 🛑

The Reality Check:

Integrity > Commission: I will always walk away from a deal that doesn't truly stack up for my clients.

The Data is the Boss: If the spreadsheet says it's a risk, we listen. No emotions, just math.

Resilience is Key: Property is a marathon, not a sprint. One "miss" just brings us closer to the next "hit."
