SOME BUILDINGS DESERVE A SECOND CHAPTER.

The Gate has stood at the junction of St Lawrence Road and Little Morton Road for more than 200 years. Historical records indicate it was a newly erected house when it was purchased in 1814, before later becoming the Gate Inn.

Rather than erase that history, we’re proud to be giving the building a new future while creating a thoughtfully designed home alongside it.

It’s always satisfying to look back and see just how far a project has come.

The Gate Inn continues to take shape, and while there’s still plenty to do, each stage brings us closer to delivering homes we’re proud to put our name to.

Another exciting milestone for Manor Hall Homes. 🏠

We’re delighted to have secured our second development site.

The site already had a well considered design in place, and we’ve made a few refinements to better reflect the standards and vision of Manor Hall Homes. We’re now looking forward to progressing the development and bringing another collection of quality homes to life.

As always, our focus is on building homes with excellent craftsmanship, thoughtful design and attention to every detail.

We’ll be sharing more about the development as it moves forward. Thank you to everyone following and supporting Manor Hall Homes on this journey.

The Gate Inn. Our vision was to create quality family homes and, through careful design and planning, we were able to gain an additional home within the former car park.

This project was a chance to see what could be achieved when our vision aligned with . Countless hours went into planning, redesigns, and selecting materials that would create homes built to last rather than simply maximise profit, and a massive thanks to Ashley for his time on doing this.

Better materials, better detailing, and higher standards don’t always make the best business case on paper, but they make better homes for the people who live in them.

We are fortunate to have other businesses that allow us to focus on projects like this. Ever since leaving school and starting work on building sites, I’ve wanted to create homes that leave a lasting legacy. For us, that’s worth more than squeezing every last pound out of a development.
