New opportunity for a Senior Planner at Manorwood
 
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Planner at Manorwood due to our ever increasing and varied workload.
 
Manorwood is a planning and heritage consultancy established in 2015, which has been recognised for its high quality developments and has won multiple Sussex Heritage Awards.
 
We are a friendly team of planners, project managers, historic building consultants, architects and designers.
 
As a Senior Planner in the team you would submit and manage a caseload of planning applications, write planning and design and access statements and provide advice on planning matters to our clients.
 
We are looking for someone with a good level of planning experience, ideally at senior level, either in Local Authority Planning Department or Private Practice.

This bake house / wash house is in need of rather a lot of attention.

Quite how the chimney hasn’t yet collapsed given the condition of the chimney breast is extraordinary.

The hole in the roof was worrying and so tiles have now been taken off and set aside to ensure the building is weathertight whilst we plan a programme of much needed repair works.
