Never underestimate the value of planning consultancy.

This video reflects some of the work our planning team specialise in, supporting the sensitive transformation of redundant agricultural buildings within protected landscapes such as the South Downs National Park and Chichester Harbour.

Working closely with Open Design Studio, the approach at Willow Barn carefully reconsidered the former agricultural use, guiding its transition into contemporary residential living while responding to complex planning constraints and a strong sense of place.

It is a considered balance of planning, design and context - reflecting the depth of expertise within our planning team - which brings clarity, experience and insight to complex sites.
