Hi all.

Just to let you know we no longer have the caravan. It was a very sad day to say goodbye as we've made some lovely memories here over the last 6 seasons.

I hope you all made some equally amazing memories, and thanks for helping us look after the van so well.

I'll be deleting this page soon.

2022 season is now over.

A lovely opening weekend at Church Farm.

We've tried out the cashless arcade which works really well. You get a free card at the machine which you register with your name and phone number in case it gets lost. You can load the card with £1, £5, £10 or £20 and then tap it on the machines for use. No more finding (and losing) change!

We had great burgers at Legends Sports Bar in Bognor Regis. This is above the arcade on the pier. It probably isn't great for smaller kids but better for teens and adults with pool tables and dart boards for use. Photo shows the current menu

The launderette is open 24 hours and you can purchase tokens in the shop.

The shop sells mostly co op good at fairly reasonable prices, it has everything you need. There is also a larger co op and a Tesco express just a minutes drive from the site.

There has been a lot of tree work done which really tidies the site up and new fencing is due to be installed ASAP due to storm damage.

The staff are very helpful and are keen to ensure you have the best time possible

We still have plenty of availability so have a look at previous post with the list of dates, length of stay and price per stay. If they are not marked with a name or an 'H' then they are available

Don't forget theat the price excludes fun passes which need to be purchased through Haven on arrival. It also excludes cleaning which most of our friends and family are happy to do themselves.

They allow you to book activities and swimming and will also give you access to the entertainment venues (subject to availability).

Please note, some facilities and activities on park do carry an additional charge which is not included in the purchase of your Play Pass.

We will provide you with a form to purchase your passes prior to your arrival

Thank you to all our lovely friends and family who rented with us this year and especially for keeping our lovely little van clean & tidy.

Here are the prices for 2022

Please let me know what dates you may be interested in asap before I give them to Haven to rent our for us.

These prices are the minimum we would receive from Haven if we let them rent for us so you get a great holiday without paying their prices.

For 7 nights just add the 3 and 4 night break together.

Prices exclude fun passes and cleaning (you've all been great at that part!)

Lovely weather in Pagham today.

We ventured out to Staunton Farm and Country Park near Havant today. It is an approximate half hour drive and definitely worth it with little ones.

Entry to the farm is very reasonable and parking is free if visiting the farm. Fee payable if visiting the country park only.

The country park has stunning views and is accessed just across the road from the farm.

Excited to get the summer holidays started today with some regular guests followed by friends and family. Hope you all have an amazing summer and enjoy our caravan as much as we do.

Most things are back open now- activities require pre-booking but you can go to reception on the morning and book if slots are still available.

Will never get bored of these views by the harbour. Everytime we visit nature has reformed the shingle on the beach.

Finally get to spend the first night in our van this year (and in what seems like forever!).

We've been to the Mash and Barrel for a drink and the set up is great - lots of seating under a marquee which they tell us is staying up forever. They ask you to scan in on the track and trace app (or you'll get signed in).

There is now seating nearer to the play area which is perfect if you have little ones playing.

For now it is all table service (who doesn't love that?)

The arcades are still closed though but they've revamped it and it looks fantastic.

Attached is a photo of the current menu. We'll be trying the food out tomorrow.

Best of all.....we have sunshine to enjoy tomorrow 🌞 💛
