Sims Williams are growing our Lettings team in Chichester and weโ€™re looking for an experienced Lettings Property Manager to join us full time.

For over 40 years, weโ€™ve been helping people move across West Sussex. As an independent, multi-branch agency with offices in Arundel, Walberton and Chichester, our reputation has always been built on service and professionalism and weโ€™re proud of that.

This role is all about keeping tenancies running smoothly. Youโ€™ll be liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors, managing inspections, handling queries and ensuring everything stays compliant and organised. Itโ€™s predominantly office-based, but with some out-of-office appointments too.

Weโ€™re looking for someone who:

โœ”๏ธ Has at least 2 yearsโ€™ Property Management experience
โœ”๏ธ Is organised, resilient and calm under pressure
โœ”๏ธ Communicates confidently and professionally
โœ”๏ธ Holds a full UK driving licence
