In 2005 Seaward was proud to receive two awards from Zurich Building Guarantee recognising the achievements in design of the stylish waterside property development The Wharf in Chichester and in 2006 the Wharf received the Evening Standard Best Small Development award. In 2011 Seaward's latest development in Chichester, The Square, received the Evening Standard Award for the Best New Regeneration Project and a What House award for the Best Mixed Use Development.
