I hear this all the time..

If you have money, its easier to make more money but is it true or is it just a shift in mindset?

I have spoken and rubbed shoulders with the wealthy and the poor (and been both myself) over the last 6 years and one thing stands out.

The wealthy tend to have a positive mindset about money and the poor tend to have a negative mindset around money.

Poor – “Money is the root of all evil, we can never earn enough to make ends meet and I already work 100 hours a week”

Wealthy – “Money helps create time, so I have built a business that is semi passive ,Time then helps me create money”

Most wealthy people start off poor. They just view the world differently, are willing to take risks and understand that time is the only thing you need to buy more of.

Maybe it's time you change your mindset around money?

In property, I see this a lot.

❌ I can’t start a property business I don’t have the knowledge
❌ I can’t spend my savings
❌ Who would invest in me!
❌ You need loads of money to invest in property, which I don’t have
❌ I want to start investing but I’m too old, time poor, or (insert) any other excuse you tell yourself.

What if you had this mindset;

🏆 I’m going to find out what property course is right for me and join it
🏆 I have some savings, so I’m going to invest in me and create my future
🏆 I have a great skillset that I can adapt for a property business, the rest of the skills 🏆 I need I’ll learn or surround myself with the right people who know.
🏆 I could start doing RENT to RENT or Serviced accommodation which will cashflow me money and start building my pot to buy property.. I only need £3-5k to start
🏆 I know my mind will find excuses but what if the possibilities of success outweigh the barriers my mind tells me.
